Krystian is adaptive and driven. Born in Poland and immigrating to Vancouver as a child who spoke no English, his life has been full of opportunities to persevere and overcome. His ingenuity and passion allowed him to first succeed in other sales environments before settling into real estate in 2008. In subsequent years, Krystian has assisted clients buying and selling in every corner of Vancouver, gaining recognition as a top-producing Vancouver agent and a 5 Year Medallion Club member (2023).

A compassionate individual, Krystian takes pride in doing the research and guiding you through the rigours of buying and selling. He is available to his clients, offering expert advice during what may be a stressful process.

Creative and tenacious, he finds solutions and makes sales happen. He is grateful to every client who has trusted him in the past 10+ years.

In 2024, after more than a decade of marketing for small arts organizations and her own thriving esthetics career, Kim new that it was time to shift her enthusiasm and branding skills to real estate. After so many years as a wife and life partner to Krystian, she is excited to become his partner in business as well.

Favouring clean, modern graphics, user-friendly web services and social media with reach, Kim approaches every property with an eye for design and marketing, checking over every detail and ensuring your property stands out online.

When she's not pouring over another brochure layout or social media post, Kim is living the wild and wonderful life as a parent of a busy preschooler, exploring parks, asking questions and trying to soak in every moment.
